Family Blackout Night Help
We are huge fans of Tiffany Shlain’s latest book, 24/6: The Power of Unplugging One Day a Week. Shlain is Jewish and honors the traditional Jewish Sabbath of Shabbat by doing a Tech Shabbat where she and her family take a 24-hour break from tech from sundown on Friday through Saturday evening.
